🇹🇭 นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน 🇹🇭

 

1. การรับประกันคุณภาพ

หากสินค้ามีปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ ชำรุด เสียหาย หรือไม่ตรงตามที่สั่งซื้อ ลูกค้ามีสิทธิ์ขอคืนสินค้าและรับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวน ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า

 

2. สินค้าสั่งทำพิเศษ

สินค้าแว่นตาและเลนส์ของเราเป็นสินค้าที่ผลิตและประกอบตามคำสั่งซื้อ (Made-to-Order) ซึ่งถูกปรับแต่งเฉพาะบุคคล (เช่น เลือกสี กรอบ การเคลือบเลนส์)

ดังนั้น ไม่สามารถขอคืนสินค้าเนื่องจากไม่ถูกใจหรือเปลี่ยนใจได้

 

3. วิธีการคืนสินค้า

 

• ลูกค้าต้องส่งหลักฐานการซื้อและรูปถ่ายสินค้าเพื่อยืนยันปัญหา

• สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้งานและอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม

• บริษัทจะดำเนินการคืนเงินภายใน 7–14 วัน หลังจากการตรวจสอบและอนุมัติ

1. Quality Guarantee

If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, you are entitled to return it and receive a full refund within 7 days from the date of receipt.

 

2. Customized Products

​

• All our eyewear and lenses are custom-made (Made-to-Order) and individually tailored (e.g. frame color, coating, prescription).

• Therefore, returns due to change of mind or dislike are not accepted.

 

3. Return Process

 

• Customers must provide proof of purchase and photos of the defective product

• Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days after inspection and approval
