แว่นตาของเราผลิตในประเทศเยอรมนีและประกอบด้วยคุณภาพสูงสุดตามมาตรฐานยุโรป
โดยปกติใช้เวลา 7–14 วันทำการ ขึ้นอยู่กับวิธีการจัดส่งและพื้นที่ปลายทาง
ได้ เรามีตัวเลือกให้ลูกค้าเลือก เช่น สีกรอบ การเคลือบเลนส์ เลนส์กันแสงสีฟ้า หรือเลนส์เปลี่ยนสี (Phototrop)
เนื่องจากสินค้าเป็นแบบสั่งทำพิเศษ (Made-to-Order) จึงไม่สามารถคืนได้หากไม่ถูกใจ
แต่ถ้าสินค้ามีปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ ชำรุด หรือไม่ตรงตามที่สั่ง สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ภายใน 7 วัน
มี เรารับประกันคุณภาพ หากพบข้อบกพร่องที่เกิดจากการผลิต สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงินได้
ใช่ เลนส์ของเรามีตัวเลือกการป้องกันแสงสีฟ้า (Blue Light Protection*) สำหรับการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์หรือสมาร์ทโฟน

1. Where are your glasses made?
Our glasses are manufactured in Germany and meet the highest European quality standards.
2. How long does delivery take?
Usually 7–14 business days, depending on shipping method and destination.
3. Can I customize the frame color or lens coating?
Yes, you can choose options such as frame color, lens coating, blue light protection, or photochromic lenses (Phototrop).
4. Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
Since each product is custom-made (Made-to-Order), returns due to change of mind are not possible.
However, if the product is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, you may request a refund within 7 days.
5. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we guarantee product quality. If there are manufacturing defects, you are entitled to an exchange or refund.
6. Do your lenses protect against blue light?
Yes, our lenses offer optional Blue Light Protection* for computer and smartphone use.
