🇹🇭 นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน
1. การรับประกันคุณภาพ
หากสินค้ามีปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ ชำรุด เสียหาย หรือไม่ตรงตามที่สั่งซื้อ ลูกค้ามีสิทธิ์ขอคืนสินค้าและรับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวน ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
2. สินค้าสั่งทำพิเศษ
สินค้าแว่นตาและเลนส์ของเราเป็นสินค้าที่ผลิตและประกอบตามคำสั่งซื้อ (Made-to-Order) ซึ่งถูกปรับแต่งเฉพาะบุคคล (เช่น เลือกสี กรอบ การเคลือบเลนส์)
ดังนั้น ไม่สามารถขอคืนสินค้าเนื่องจากไม่ถูกใจหรือเปลี่ยนใจได้
3. วิธีการคืนสินค้า
ลูกค้าต้องส่งหลักฐานการซื้อและรูปถ่ายสินค้าเพื่อยืนยันปัญหา
สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้งานและอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
บริษัทจะดำเนินการคืนเงินภายใน 7–14 วัน หลังจากการตรวจสอบและอนุมัติ

1. Quality Guarantee
If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, you are entitled to return it and receive a full refund within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. Customized Products
All our eyewear and lenses are custom-made (Made-to-Order) and individually tailored (e.g. frame color, coating, prescription).
Therefore, returns due to change of mind or dislike are not accepted.
3. Return Process
Customers must provide proof of purchase and photos of the defective product
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days after inspection and approval
